科學家又發現5阿茲海默風險基因 (路透)

（路透倫敦3日電）科學家又找到會引發阿茲海默症的另外5個基因，使得與這種最常見失智症有關連的基因變異數目倍增。

研究人員指出，如果能發展出反制這些基因變異的藥物或生活方式改變，就能預防超過60%的阿茲海默症（Alzheimer's Disease）。「自然遺傳學」（NatureGenetics）期刊今天披露這項研究成果。

但研究人員也指出，那些新發展可能得再等至少15年。中央社（翻譯）
