偷懶的話，可以一對五

一對一：A帳號的API給A帳號用、B帳號的API給B帳號用、C帳號的API給C帳號用
一對五：A帳號的API給A、B、C、D、E帳號用，F帳號的API給F、G、H、I、J帳號用

最下面有一個API按鈕，點選那按鈕我們就可以繼續下去嚕

接著，點選第二個選項，我們要申請API

最重要的步驟來了，看起來很複雜，但只要依照下面的圖(點選放大)，就可以看到資料要怎麼填寫啦。

申請完成啦，取得 CONSUMER KEY 和 CONSUMER SECRET

將以上資訊貼到 Twittenator 上面，就算是完成一組啦

前面步驟完成，接下來要設定對應到的帳號是 (請記住一對五的原則唷)
到Twitter Accounts介面，選擇 Add New，就可以到設定Pincode的介面啦

注意：pincode如果認證失敗，請重新點選以下圖片的 pincode按鈕，一直到認證成功為止

點選認證才可以取得pincode，注意右上角的帳號名稱
例如我現在用A帳號API認證完A帳號後，要得到B帳號的PINCODE前，記得把A帳號登出唷

PINCODE長得像下面這樣唷


設定完後，就沒問題啦，一個Twittenator最多同時跑50組帳號，保守一點可以點選Exclude隨機讓某些帳號先不要動，以確保帳號不會被砍

接著我們來設定 peer (中文是同儕的意思，選擇要加誰的好朋友)

可使用 http://www.twellow.com/ 的search功能，找到最符合您主題的twitter好友

設定自動加好友的排程，以上全部設定完成後，以後每天只要開這軟體，按以下排程時間，約1分鐘就搞定了，就可以自動加好朋友啦，實在是太方便了。


其他還有Tweet clickbank 的聯盟行銷連結等等功能，這部份板主就先不說明啦

wordpress設定，記得要到 設定，寫作，將以下兩個選項打勾勾才可以運作唷

啟用 WordPress、Movable Type、MetaWeblog 與 Blogger XML-RPC 發佈協定。

Blogger的設定就很簡單啦，只要填入帳號密碼，就可以來用啦
我們可以利用各式各樣的文章來源，來讓我們部落格自動化

例如我們一次從5種來源總共抓了1000篇文章，而設定每3-5小時發一篇文章
可以發到3000-5000小時，約166天，半年的時間，怎麼樣，很棒吧

他就是一個全自動部落格寫手，每天替你寫5-6篇文章，連續半年
你也可以抓更多文章，讓他更自動化唷

選擇你的部落格，新增RSS Feed，可以到 http://news.yahoo.com/page/rss  這邊找到你喜歡的RSS主題嚕，有這個就夠了，網路上很多RSS FEED內容會導致部落格武士出錯唷

接下來是文章翻譯，每一個文章來源都可以做翻譯，這部分教學我們只做一次，其他都一模一樣嚕，可以任何語言轉成任何語言，一般是轉換成英文，但如果你想要做日文網站，用這軟體也可以輕易辦得到唷，只要語言翻譯成日文就好

從 Ezine Article中找文章，Ezine 的文章都是可以免費索取的，不用擔心版權問題
也可以設定一次抓幾篇文章，好像一次最多可以抓100篇文章，不要一次抓太多唷

接下來的功能事實上都類似，我們也可以利用自動部落格武士讓他自動抓CB的產品

PLR文章，可以不受到網站的限制(例如Ezine可能會限定一天最多只能下載多少篇文章等等)，所以你有多少文章，你就可以貼多少文章，都在本機運作，很方便，當然也可以設定發文時間和翻譯，備註一下，同樣的文章不同翻譯方式，看起來就像不同的文章唷

如果沒有PLR文章的人，可以到這網址購買

最後是部落格武士的超強功能，Cash Link，也可以拿來做SEO，只要輸入關鍵字，和連結

以後所有發文只要包含那關鍵字，就會自動連結到那網址，對於網站SEO很有效用唷

練瑜伽 心律不整發病率減半 (路透)

（路透紐奧良3日電）2日發表的美國研究報告顯示，修習瑜伽可以將一種常見但有潛在危險的心律不整發病風險降低一半。

練瑜伽先前已證實可降低高血壓和血中膽固醇。

這項小型研究，首度探討瑜伽對心房纖維性顫動（atrial fibrillation）的益處。心房纖維性顫動是中風的主要原因，且好發於老年人。

研究報告指出，練瑜伽除了可以將心房纖維性顫動的發病率減半，還能夠減輕由它所引發的焦慮和憂鬱症狀。

雷基瑞迪（Dhanunjaya Lakkireddy）博士說：「研究結果頗具意義，因為目前許多心房纖維性顫動的傳統治療方法，都包含侵入性療程或有不良副作用的處方藥。」

主持研究的雷基瑞迪，是美國堪薩斯州堪薩斯市堪薩斯大學醫院的副教授。

美國心臟病學會（American College ofCardiology）目前正在紐奧良舉行年度會議。雷基瑞迪在會議中提出這項研究報告。

研究對象是49名心律不整患者，過去都沒有練瑜伽的經驗。醫院研究人員對患者的心律不整發病頻率，進行6個月的觀察記錄。

前3個月期間，允許患者參加自己喜愛的體能活動。最後3個月則必須加入1個有專人指導的瑜伽課程。課程內容包括瑜伽體位、冥想和放鬆法。

瑜伽課程每週上課3次，由有照瑜伽老師授課，每1堂課45分鐘，並鼓勵患者養成每天在家練瑜伽的習慣。

研究期間，患者都戴著心臟監測器，隨時監測心律不整發病情況，並完成焦慮、憂鬱和整體生活品質的自我評估報告。

研究人員說，研究結果顯示，練瑜伽降低了患者一半的心律不整發生率。同時也大幅度減輕憂鬱和焦慮症狀；整體健康、體能、社交能力和精神狀態，也都大為提升。

雷基瑞迪說：「看起來，瑜伽似乎大大有助於改善患者的心律不整和整體生活品質。」中央社（翻譯）

阿滋海默症相關基因 再添5個 (法新社)

（法新社巴黎3日電） 科學家今天表示，他們已找到與引發阿茲海默症（Alzheimer's Disease）有關連的另外5個基因，使得與這種最常見失智症有關連的已知基因變異的數目倍增。

「自然遺傳學」（Nature Genetics）期刊披露的這些研究發現，或許能提供有關這種複雜不治之疾成因的線索，並協助醫生預測誰的風險最高。

在截至目前為止的最大規模這類研究中，兩個集團的大約300名科學家，仔細搜尋5萬4000人的基因組，找出新發現的基因變異。在前述研究對象中，部分人罹患阿茲海默症，其他人則無此疾患。

兩項研究計畫原本獨立展開，但其後彼此交換資料，讓雙方能驗證整體發現。

其中一項研究計畫的主要擘畫者、美國賓州大學醫學院（University of Pennsylvania School ofMedicine）研究員薛林柏（Gerard Schellenberg）在電郵中表示，「在此研究前，已有5個公認的晚發性基因，如今又找到另5個，分別是MS4A、ABCA7、CD33、EPHA1和CD2AP。」

薛林柏指出，找出那一個DNA片段與阿茲海默症有關，可加深大家對遺傳所扮演角色的理解，且肯定還有其他基因仍待發現。

但他又說，「最大貢獻將會是協助理解引發阿滋海默症的根本機制，這些基因凸顯出攸關此疾患病程的新途徑。」1

（中央社記者楊思瑞台南4日電）台南市1名男子今天上午將2個多月大的兒子託給友人照顧，不料男嬰在下午被友人發現臉色發黑，送往醫院急救後仍宣告不治，確實死因仍待進一步鑑定。

警方指出，25歲的洪姓男子與女友未婚生子，男嬰是早產兒，在醫院保溫箱住了1個多月，3月中由洪姓男子帶回撫養。洪姓男子平日投宿在旅館內，需要外出時，就找友人到旅館幫忙照顧小孩。

警方指出，洪姓男子上午請莊姓男子到旅館幫忙顧小孩後，便外出工作。莊姓男子至下午一覺醒來，發現男嬰臉部發黑、身體冰冷，趕緊報案送醫，不過男嬰仍宣告不治。

警方指出，男嬰身上沒有明顯外傷，死因有待進一步鑑定。1000404
